About Shareholders Return

We reward shareholders through two mechanisms: dividends and exceptional treatment. Dividends are, naturally, the quantitative mechanism through which we distribute a portion of our profits to all shareholders. On the qualitative side, we open our public programs to shareholders, knowing that their participation will deepen their understanding of our company.

Dividends

The distribution of profits to shareholders is an important management topic for any company, but especially ours. Under the certified broadcasting holding company system, we recognize our high degree of public exposure, and yet, like all companies, we need to pursue strategic growth and profit maximization. We strike a balance with an eye on the internal reserves necessary to support the long-term foundation of our businesses.
To reflect our commitment to shareholder returns and prudent reinvestment, we have fixed and variable components to our dividend. Above a stable dividend floor of \20 per share, we aim for a 30% payout of the consolidated base that fluctuates with earnings.
